Strategic Planning Package

If your mission is the finish line, how do you know for sure that your organization’s day-to-day work is moving you in the right direction? The answer is strategic planning.

Strategic planning is the process that gets you to a living document (your strategic plan) that helps your organization make decisions every day. Each strategic planning process needs to be custom tailored to each organization and take into account your team’s resources and goals. It can range from the very simple to the very complex, depending on where your organization is at in this moment of time.

Meeting Facilitation

Important meetings require special attention. Whether it’s considering something new (like a new mission statement, new program, or other major change to your work), or working to resolve a long-standing issue that has remained stagnant, having an impartial, outside facilitator can be a huge help.

Not only can I help design an agenda that ensures your meeting goals are met, but I can help identify priorities, create and distribute meeting materials, set context, and even provide post-meeting recommendations and next steps.

This service is ideal for things like board or staff meetings, annual meetings, quarterly team meetings, or mediation meetings and can be customized to your specific situation.

What to expect:

  • I’ll meet with you to understand the meeting’s goals and history

  • I’ll help you create an agenda

  • I’ll complete any pre-work you need done to ensure the day-of goes smoothly (example: pre-meeting interviews with stakeholders, creating and sending materials to the team in advance, setting context for your staff, etc)

  • I’ll attend and run the meeting, allowing your team to fully participate without needing to manage logistics or timing

  • I’ll send out meeting notes, to-dos, and next steps
