ABOUT ME

Connect with me:

I help organizations and leaders be at their best.

I take an empowerment approach to my consulting work, and will help your team identify, celebrate, and leverage your strengths and resources in a way that that will help you make the most progress toward your goals.

My nonprofit career has spanned a broad range of positions, from volunteer, to program staff, to management, to executive director (permanent and also interim), to board member and board chair. My consulting services draw on my experiences (both the successes and the failures) in all of these roles, bringing you what I know works.

My consulting services are focused primarily on interim executive leadership; strategic planning and group facilitation; executive coaching; and training focused on trauma informed principles, leadership and supervision, and equity.

Land Acknowledgement: The Portland metro area, my home and primary work area, sits on the ancestral homelands of the Multnomah, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, bands of the Chinook, and many others who made their homes along the Columbia River. Iā€™d like to honor the members of over 400 tribal communities who live in the Portland metro area today. I also want to acknowledge the labor of kidnapped and enslaved Africans, and of Latinx farm workers who have risked so much and received so little. They have all helped to build the wealth of this country. Please take a moment to honor the people who continue to resist, survive, and thrive despite the intentional and ongoing attempts to oppress them.
